Parts Zone runs comprehensive Laser Printer Technicians training courses over two days on the Gold Coast

The aim of this course is to give new technicians hands on training experience working on a variety of Hewlett Packard and Lexmark mono laser printers currently in the market place.

As part of Parts Zone’ ongoing commitment to customer service we will be continuing our popular laser printer training courses this year Technicians from all parts of Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia have benefited from our competency based system of training. Upon completion of the course technicians are fully equipped to competently approach a broad range of laser printers.

The Courses are conducted over 2 days at our premises on the Gold Coast. Courses are limited to 6 persons only. We find that with this number each person gets the maximum benefit from the course.

The Objective of The Course is to comprehensively familiarise each participant in a hands on basis with the common range of Canon printer engines that are used in Hewlett Packard and many other laser printers that are found in the market place. Course participants also have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with other brands of printers including Lexmark. As well as electro-mechanical information about laser printers, those who attend the course will gain a sound and comprehensive knowledge of error codes and their meaning and the relevant steps to take to overcome the problem.

The Aim of The Course is to build a competent confidence in each course participant. This is achieved with the total hands on approach of the course. Whist the course includes a level of theoretical application the main thrust is towards what the technician will find out in the market place.

Each course participant will receive a set of course notes which become an invaluable reference in the future; instruction on the use of the Internet as a tool and how to identify parts and their relevant part numbers.

On completion of the course the participants have access to our telephone technical support, during normal office hours, from our highly qualified team of technicians both here and internationally.

Course Times
Courses are conducted at weekends at our premise on the Gold Coast. Starting time is 8.45am and lunch is from 12.00pm -12.30pm, while we finish at 5.00pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

The Cost
The cost of the course is $595.00 excl. GST and is payable 50% upon confirmation of booking. The balance is due within 5 working days prior to commencement of the course. Payment can be made either by cheque or credit card.
